Located on the 12th floor of Sunset Waterfront Resort in the heart of Downtown Kelowna, this incredible suite offers the highest level of quality and attention to detail. Completely renovated and remodeled, this modern rental offers breath taking views of the Okanagan Lake and valley. The high end kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Floor to ceiling windows in the dining room offer incredible views while eating.
Sunset Resort features both indoor and outdoor pools & hot tubs. The indoor pool & hot tub area also features a steam room. The beautiful 3rd floor courtyard area where you will find the outdoor pool also features picnic area and two tennis courts. Inside the complex you will also find a fitness center and a meeting room.
The location of Sunset Resort cannot be beat. You are seconds away from the beach and the Okanagan Lake. You are walking distance to restaurants, micro-breweries, pubs, boutique shopping, Prospera Place, Lake City Casino and much more. If you are looking for outdoor hiking and site seeing, look no further. Knox Mountain is located just minutes to the north of the building and offers a large network of hiking, mountain biking trails and lookout points.
