Elena and Simone are the owners of Agriturismo Martignana Alta. In the 2013 they started this activity, after the restoration of an old farm house dating back XVIII century.
The restoration included four apartments entirely furnished, with free wi-fi connection and tv sat, ideal for families with children or groups of friends.
All has been done keeping the rustic style of typical Tuscan farm houses.
During your stay at Agriturismo Martignana Alta you will fully live Tuscan nature, with it’s green hills secular olive trees, and vineyards from which we produce “Chianti wine”.
At the same time you can easily reach the most important cities(Florence, Pisa, Siena, Vinci ecc…)thanks to main roads which are within few Km from Agriturismo .
When you came back from your trips, you will enjoy and relax at the poolside or taking a refreshing swim.
At the evening you can have dinner outside surrounded by sounds of nature and also make an delicious grill with your friends.

-RESTAURANTS: Very close you will find restaurants with typical Tuscan food, but also pizzerias, supermarket ,alimentari, newspaper shop ecc….
-BIOLOGICAL VEGETABLE GARDEN: Every year, Elena and Simone grow a vegetable garden following organic systems with tomatoes, zucchini, cucumber, aubergine, pepper ecc..These natural products are at disposal of our guests who can pick directly from plants.
-WALKS: You will have the possibility to make a walk through paths which cross our estate.
-OUR FAUNA: During your holiday you may see squirrels, pheasants, hares, wild rabbits, roes, buzzards, hoopoes, ouzel, woodpecker ecc..
-OUR FLORA: Cypress and olive trees are everywhere and they dominate the Tuscany hills, but there are also oaks, pines and our aromatic plants as sage, rosemary, thyme, mint, lavender and many flowers.
