The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all the other kitchen accessories you may require. Patio doors lead from the kitchen to a small paved patio area in the back garden. The living room has a flat screen television with free view. The property has broadband infinity wifi. There are convenient parking spaces at the front of the house and also parking spaces just the other side of the road. The house has oil central heating through out to provide ample hot water and a comfortable room temperature. The ground floor features tiled entrance hall with downstairs toilet comprising low flush wc and pedestal wash hand basin, lounge, tiled kitchen and dining area. The first floor has the master bedroom with ensuite, bedroom two, and a fully equipped bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, low flush wc pedestal and wash hand basin.
