Summary: Beautiful hotel, great staff and service. Room was slightly cramped but clean and modern. It had a great balcony with two chairs and a table, and looked out to the sea. The view of the stars and the Milky Way was incredible at night! Unfortunately, it was very windy the two days we were there in October. The swimming pool was also not heated, so we were not able to use it. I had a small issue with the water... one night, the cold water was running brown and the hot water turned cold or ran out from the bathroom sink, but resolved themselves. When I showered one morning, the hot water turned cold on me, but after a minute or two resumed hot. We also enjoyed the lobby area staring out at the sea! There is a bar where you can have the staff fix a drink to enjoy on the many sofas in the lobby. The breakfast was also very nice and varied, with many dishes!... yogurt, honey, jams, cereals, breads, meats, eggs (one morning), potatoes, cakes, cookies, Tsoureki, various milks, juices, and coffee, and a coffee machine that made espresso and cappuccinos, etc. Memi was extremely friendly and gave us suggestions of villages and restaurants to explore. We especially liked a tiny bar in the village of Christos named Cafe Rahati. Quaint, stone cafe with homemade liqueurs, spanakopita and chocolate μωσαϊκό/kormos. Great stay.
