This vast eight-bedroom villa is filled with artwork. It also boasts a games room with antique billiards table and a library with a grand piano. The living room is surrounded by sea views and also has a six hundred year old fireplace. Each of the eight bedrooms in the main house has an en suite bathroom and private balcony or terrace. The two-bedroom cottage, nestled under the tennis court, is 65m away and perfect for a small family. The main house is on a hill with three floors as follows:
Top Floor - Three bedrooms and a hall overlooking the living room and front hall
• Master bedroom with a king size bed, large porch, decorative fireplace, a private balcony and two en-suite bathrooms - one with a large shower room and the other with a Jacuzzi bathtub.
• Blue Room with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and balcony with breathtaking sea views.
• Moroccan Room with two twin beds, which can be put together for a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the front of the house with a view of an olive grove and the mountains.
Ground Floor - Main living areas
• Front hall on mountain side leading to a sundrenched sitting room with a 600 year old decorative fireplace, high ceilings and access to outdoor terraces with stunning sea views.
• Study/ library with a Boston grand piano made by Steinway, broadband wireless internet connection, fax/ printer, a vast collection of books (classics, best sellers, non-fiction, etc.) and a balcony with sea and mountain views.
• Dining room, which seats 12 and has access to outdoor terraces.
• Large fully equipped kitchen overlooking the pool, with a table seating 8-10 and sea and mountain views on three sides. Outside is a table and four comfortable chairs protected from the morning sun.
• Laundry/ pantry and W.C. near the front hall.
• Between and around the dining room and the living room is a large patio with a marble table seating 12 with sea views.
Lower Ground Floor - Poolside
• Gounalakis suite with two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, which can be combined to one king size bed. These bedrooms share a living room and a bathroom with bath and shower attachment. They also lead out to a covered terrace.
• Marinos suite with one bedroom and a separate sitting area with sofa. The bedroom is equipped with a 2x2m bed, an en-suite shower room and access to a private terrace.
• In addition to various utility rooms and a W.C there is a large TV and games room with billiards and satellite channels as well as French doors leading out to the pool area.
Separate Cottage - Accommodates up to 4 guests (16 guests in total with main house)
• Separate apartment underneath the tennis court with two bedrooms (one with twin beds and a bathroom en-suite with bath and shower attachment and the other with a double bed (1.60m) and small en-suite shower room). There is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
Grounds and Gardens
• The infinity pool is 12 x 6 meters large and overflows on the sea side. On three sides is a large patio with barbecue and an eating area made for at least 12 guests.
• The private wooden deck platform by the sea has lounge chairs, sun umbrella, drinks fridge and ladder into the crystal blue sea. Beware though, the sea is immediately deep and for strong swimmers on calm days only.
• There is a Davis Cup size tennis court with an adjacent boules court. Play equipment can be provided.
• The picturesque Greek Orthodox chapel has a lovely patio and amazing sea views.
• The grounds include olive groves and a Roman tank protected by Greek laws on antiquities.
