Negative: The apartment is far from being "Fantastic". It has seen better years, sleeping rooms are tiny, you have to climb over the bed to reach the windows, the shabby bathroom equipment is at the level of the 80s, the bathrooom sink is ugly and broken. The bathroom needs urgent renovation.
