The large enclosed garden to the rear is well maintained and has plenty room for the kids to play while the adults sit in a sunny spot. The garage is available for storage of bikes and other equipment and the driveway easily offers parking for several cars.

Just a short drive to St Andrews, and an hour from Edinburgh, it is the ideal base for exploring Fife and Scotland.
