Villa Kalli is a new built villa(2015), built in modern lines, which however comes in harmony with the surrounding rural nature. The architectural structure of the building allows the light to come into, and from every side of the house the view gives different images.

Exterior
The outdoor area of Kalli villa with the private swimming pool. A quiet garden with privacy to enjoy the sun at the swimming pool deck (36m2).
Taste the Cretan meat and the fresh vegetables at the BBQ. The view from the table near the swimming pool, will accompany you to wonderful dinners and the verandah is ideal for a drink admiring the sunset. The pool area is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and outdoor furniture.
In the garden, there is one more independent house(next to the swimming pool), which can accommodate 3 more people if needed, for which it is better to contact us if you are a bigger company than 10 people, in order to arrange it for you and inform you about the price.
Interior
The villa covers 271m2, tastefully decorated. The villa offers six bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Entering the house from the main entrance to the main floor, the modern and open plan living and dining room welcome you! The kitchen on that same floor, is fully equipped and can give all the comforts for everyday use. There is also a double-bedded bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The door from that level gives easy access to the swimming pool and the garden.
The stairs lead to the first floor, but also to the lower floor.
On the first floor there is a small sitting area and a terrace with outdoor lounge, which is what is needed to relax watching such a beautiful view to the trees, and the hills. On that level there is a bedroom with double bed and a smaller room with a single bed, witch . A master bathroom with bathtub is also on that level, such as a small laundry room.
The lower floor is like a small independent apartment, which can be reached from the inside, such as from the outside, as it has its independent main entrance. Entering the main entrance, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with dining area. That ground floor apartment consists of two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other one has two single beds. There is also a bathroom with bathtub. Spacious as it is, can accommodate up to 5 people.
All the main spaces including the living room and the dining area equipped air-conditions as well as in the four of the five bedrooms. The small room on the first floor with the single bed include a fan for cooling the room temperature.
