The house was built in 2013 in traditional Greek brick construction and shearing stands on a 4500m2 large, idyllic situated plot overlooking the sea. The landscape around the house is dominated by olive groves and is an absolutely quiet location. The property is easily accessible via a paved or well-developed concrete and gravel road from our point of view with each car. After feedback from some guests a rental of an SUV would certainly not wrong.
Two bedrooms and a living room extending alongside the sea turned into a 60sqm large terrace and a 45sqm large pool with beautiful sea views.
