We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance and show us official documentation if you have a service dog. We will take a $500 penalty if any of these rules are not respected.

Should you find it impossible to prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to bring your own bedding (blankets for beds and sofas) during your stay. This will help to prevent or minimize the cost of any additional cleaning charges.
•⁠ ⁠Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbours and must be on a leash at all times when in the common areas.
•⁠ ⁠You must pick up after your dog at all times and keep the unit clean. We must not find drops in the garden and-or surroundings after your stay.

To respect our neighbors, parties are strictly prohibited, and we ask that guests keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evenings and in the night. Also, you might hear the free concerts playing in the distance when there is a festival at le Quartier-des-Spectacles
*HEATING*
The heating system is automatic: from approximately October to April, the heating system operates, while in summer, the air conditioning system takes over. It is not possible to select one or the other on demand; it truly depends on the season and the outside temperature. The transition dates between the two modes may vary depending on weather conditions.
In winter, if the indoor temperature is too high, you can slightly open a window. Conversely, in summer, you can control the air conditioning according to your needs, so there's no need to worry about that.
