Positive: The villas were lovely but only really suitable for 4 people not 5 as someone had to have a rather hard sofa bed in the lounge area which means they are then disturbed by whoever gets up first. Plus the outside table and chairs is only for 4 people with 4 sunbeds etc. Spacious property with 2 bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and good air conditioning with comfortable beds (bar the sofa bed). The pool was really great - wonderful size to relax .

Negative: I think there should be a policy on other guests on the estate playing lound music. Honestly, if I wanted music pumping all day I'd have gone to an all inclusive resort for it. People can be so selfish. Whilst the villa is really great I would recommend only staying here if you have a car as there are no nearby shops for basic amenities nor are there many restaurants. The local village of Afandou is actually a bit run down (many shops/establishments shut) so you would need a car to get to the beach and other villages nearby for evenings out. Otherwise, if you just want to chill by your pool all day its ideal as there is also a BBQ outside (providing you can get to a decent supermarket to buy provisions).

Summary: Great villa for 4 people max, close to a run down village, often loud music from other guests
