This property just underwent an extensive remodel from top to bottom with all new furnishings, beds and bathrooms. The home has beds for 10 and can sleep 12 comfortably with one couch bed. There are two living rooms and a waterfront office complete with plug in monitor and printer. This is a business friendly house with wifi throughout. We have recently added a new shiplap bar outside on the water with a TV. The patio has a large sitting area and a teak dining table for six. The house has three flat screen TV's, one on each floor. There is a top floor balcony with breathtaking views of the River and bay.
This property is located one mile from Duxbury, four miles from Plymouth, eleven to Cape Cod and 36 to Boston.
There is a farm stand and Bay Farm park a short distance away that has beach access to the bay and miles of walking trails. We overlook Kingston Harbor. We do allow boats on our dock but please inquire with me directly about the size of the boat and the trailer. This is a tidal river that requires advance planning. Bring your Paddleboard and Kayak, but remember to have the proper USCG flotation device with you. Launch from the dock.
Day passes are available to Duxbury Beach and we are a short drive by boat or water to Plymouth. In Plymouth you will find several ferries that can take you to fish, whale watch, or sight see.
