Level 1: The living area provides a comfortable space for the entire group to gather, whether you’re watching a movie or playing games. High ceilings and large windows fill the space with natural light, creating an inviting and cozy atmosphere. This level has a spacious kitchen, dining room and 1 full bath with a walk-in shower. (Window AC in the living area)
Level 2: Second Level has 3 bedrooms (each bedroom has a queen bed), 1 full bath with a standalone tub and a small reading nook perfect for unwinding and enjoying some peaceful time. (Window AC in 2 bedrooms and portable AC unit in 1 bedroom)
Level 3: This level has 2 additional bedrooms (1 kids twin bed and 1 full bed), 1 lounge room/game room (with window AC) for relaxing and unwinding. This room is also equipped with a 42 inch smart TV for entertainment.
KITCHEN:
When it's time to refuel, the fully equipped kitchen stocked with all cookware and utensils provides everything you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table.

PARKING:
House comes with 1 car dedicated driveway parking spot and other cars can be parked on the street. Please check the city rules.
ADDITIONAL:
We do have video surveillance of the front door which helps us in maintaining the property from a distance. The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
We welcome all groups (friends and families) to our home, as long as rules are followed. We have a zero tolerance policy for parties.
Quiet hours: 10 pm - 8 am are strictly quiet hours. Loud music/noise/events strictly not permitted.
PETS:
We are a pet friendly home, so feel free to bring over your furry friends during your stay.
- Up to 2 pets allowed ($100 fee per stay). Approval needed for more, with extra fees.
- Keep pets leashed while walking in the neighborhood.
- No unattended pets
- No pets on furniture (sofas, beds, etc).
- Clean up after them inside and outside
- Prevent excessive barking or noise.
