The Bay is a great place to stay whilst exploring the thriving coastal town of Folkestone. The harbour and beach are a 10-minute walk away, passing by the Creative Quarter offers many art galleries, boutique shops and craft stores. Folkestone is a thriving coastal town, with a long maritime history. The harbour arm has been transformed into a tourist hotspot with cafes, a champagne bar and other great food outlets. The harbour itself is home to seafood stalls and an excellent seafood restaurant with sea views. And of course, there is the long golden sandy beach and rock pools to enjoy to the east side of the harbour and shingle beaches located to the west. With the mainline station only a 10-minute walk away why not leave the car at home and have a truly relaxing stay.
