Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The Cozy Stay House was super clean, newly decorated and spacious. It was very convenient for Aldi and Tesco nearby and well located to walk into Heanor or visit Shipley Country Park.

Negative: It wasn’t ideal for family groups because there wasn’t a sitting room - all rooms apart from the kitchen had been turned into ensuite bedrooms, like student accomodation or an HMO. I got the impression it was a new rental, as some items were missing (eg only a hand towel each but no bath towels, no hangers in the wardrobes, only a single saucepan and small frying pan in a self-catering property that sleeps 10) but hopefully the owners will provide more equipment for future stays.

Summary: Good base to stay in Heanor and super clean
