Positive: The rooftop pool is brilliant. It does get busy but we managed to get a spot every day. Towels are provided. Gorgeous view! The location itself is also really good. Cross over the road and turn right and then head down via Faenza for a straight shot right down to the centre plus it's a lively street full of great bars and restaurants. Late check out was appreciated and the air con in the rooms was perfect.
Negative: The rooms are basic: they felt a little bit like student rooms to be honest and they are a bit at odds with the rest of the hotel which gives trendy, upscale vibes. The floor needs a good scrub. We were there for 8 days (classed as an extended stay) and only had room cleaning once - we had to ask twice for new towels and toilet rolls. Extended stays should have more room cleaning. There was a kettle in the room but the coffee and tea bags and milk were empty and not replaced once during our stay.
Summary: Great location with amazing views ...but it's more hostel than hotel.
