The property has a double bedroom and a single room on the first floor, along with a WC. On the upper level of the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen and on the lower level of the ground floor, a sitting room with a dining area. Outside, there is a off road parking for three cars, a shared lawned garden to the front with stunning views of the Carmarthenshire countryside, and a private, enclosed courtyard to the rear with furniture. Ty Fferm is a wonderful getaway base for couples and small families.
