The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook, stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker that includes FREE Coffee. There's a smart TV with Roku and Netflix (no cable) & FREE WiFi! Wood flooring & Granite counter-tops throughout and large windows allowing for natural light. A Washer & Dryer is available inside the apartment for your convenience along with a Shower and Tub (Shampoo, Body Wash, Towels, Face Towel and Hand Towels Included). Private Parking garage included (1 car); however, there are multiple parking options nearby in an indoor garage or surface lot that are paid at your expense. Guest Access: You can access the Building anytime after 3PM by using the Lock box to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children; however, children are welcomed at your own discretion. NOTE: Early check-in and/or late check-out Must be approved by host *prior* to check-in. Additional Fee may apply depending on group size and check in/ check out time.
