There is trundle bed with 2 singles outside of the Master bedroom. Amazing spa bath on same floor with lady slipper jetted massage tub. 2nd floor has a bedroom with a double bed, full bath with jacuzzi tub and living room with pull-out couch and 55” TV. 1st floor has full kitchen, full bath, and sitting area with sleeper sofa.
This Victorian home has 3 separate apartments, 1620 Seaview is Unit #1 and is over 1400 Sqft. It includes the left side of the home and the 3rd floor. There is a spacious patio out back with an outdoor shower, table and sitting area. It is perfect for 4-6 guests, but can sleep up to 10 by utilizing 2 sleeper sofas.
