Of course the many beaches are within easy reach, including the pretty estuary beach and sand dunes at Instow and the 3 miles of golden sands at Westward Ho!.

Continuing into the stylish kitchen/diner with granite worktops and underfloor heating it has everything you need to cook up a feast or alternatively a quick lunch or supper. With an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. A dining table and chairs make mealtimes a breeze. Moving on to the lounge this room has a contemporary wall mounted gas fire exposed beams and comfy seating inviting you to relax. Watch your favourite TV shows on the Smart TV or open the French doors out onto the private patio area where you can enjoy a morning coffee whilst soaking up the view. Heading upstairs via the beautiful oak steep spiral staircase which leads up from the kitchen, this leads to two bedrooms one king size with exposed beams TV and ample storage and 1one cosy twin room (with 1 x 3ft bed and 1x 2,6”bed) set in the eaves of the barn. The bathroom completes the accommodation and again set in the eaves it provides a country feel with freestanding roll top bath, shower attachment, and WC.
Outside and accessed via the lounge through French doors is a delightful enclosed patio area with fabulous views across the countryside. Enjoy the bubbles in your own private Hot tub with outdoor hot/cold shower, enjoy a meal or evening drink as you relax at the patio table and chairs, before lighting the gas BBQ.
