This charming property has recently been refurbished and is set in the heart of the small village of Bradford Peverell, which wouldn’t look out of place on picture postcards, with its pretty character properties and rolling countryside surrounds. There are rural walks and footpaths to explore from the doorstep, or enjoy a walk into the next village, Stratton, where you will find a traditional pub. For younger children there is children's play area within a few minutes walk from the cottage and for cycling enthusiasts the cottage is set right on the Frome Valley Cycle Trail. A short drive will take you to the county town of Dorchester, where there is an excellent choice of amenities and plenty to keep you entertained, including museums, cinemas and a bustling high street. Head southwest and visit the market town of Bridport, the cobbled streets of Lyme Regis or perhaps laze on the beach at Charmouth. With the spectacular Jurassic Coast within easy reach there is no shortage of things to do here.
Cross over the lane from the parking area to the entrance into this terraced property. Step into the inviting lounge, which has many original features including flagstone floors, a pretty window seat and a wonderful inglenook fireplace complete with a cosy wood burner, which provides the main source of heating. This charming room is the ideal spot to relax with a good book or perhaps curl up with your four-legged friend and watch a film on the TV which also has Chromecast, or listen to your favourite tunes via the Bluetooth speaker. Head next door into the galley style kitchen which is well-equipped with an electric double oven and hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a small breakfast bar.
