This property is located right on the beach front at South Milton Sands in South Devon, a well-maintained beach with a pretty stretch of sand, interesting rock pools and a beachside cafe, which offers fresh seafood and a takeaway service. The surrounding area is full of beautiful, characterful villages many with welcoming village pubs, but it isn’t all tranquil rural life, as the town of Salcombe is just five miles away and offers a fabulous harbour, five beaches, and a range of shops and eateries. Other attractions in the area include Woodlands Family Theme Park, Dartmoor Zoo, and the breath-taking Burgh Island, former favourite haunt of Agatha Christie and Noel Coward.
This first floor apartment offers contemporary accommodation all situated on one level, with lift access. The main living is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is a stylish and comfortable space with amazing sea views, a TV,DVD and two large sofa's. The dining table comfortably seats six, beyond which the kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, whilst the washer/dryer is located in a separate utility cupboard. The apartment’s two bedrooms, are both restful spaces, with understated colour schemes, TVs, and sea views. The king-size room has an en-suite shower room with WC, as well as a Juliet balcony, whilst the second room is a twin room with access to a lovely balcony, which can be made up as another double room on request thanks to the zip-and-link beds. The bathroom offers a shower-over-bath and WC.
Outside, in addition to the balcony, the apartment also benefits from a small private patio with garden furniture, whilst there are also shared gardens where guests have use of a BBQ. A real draw for this property is the shared outdoor pool, which is open during the summer season and offers a wonderful space to relax, play, and exercise, with the sound of waves lapping on the beach. Please note: there are no lifeguards on duty, so parents are responsible for their children while they are using the pool
