Welcome to our beautiful house in Newcastle upon Tyne. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and it's ideal location with it being so close to the city centre.
We have free parking outside the front door.
The property is completely enclosed with a tall hedge fence and gates, for privacy.
The garden is grassed area the patio doors lead to a decked outside area with a fantastic purpose built covered gazebo seating area for a at least 12 guests and a BBQ. We can provide hot tub on special request at an extra cost, please get a quote after booking, you can contact me directly to book, must have at least 24 hours notice.
This is a perfect house for family's friends get togethers, events weddings special occasions celebrations, please let me know and I will make sure your stay is special.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. Including champagne glasses to for that special occasion.
The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and has everything you could possibly need during your stay, be it short or long.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a flat screen TV and high speed Fibre optic wifi throughout the house, and in the main lounge we have virgin/ cable TV. All the six rooms have flat screen TV.

This house has 6 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 12.
3 rooms have king size beds the other 3 have double beds, single bed can be provided if needed.
Bathrooms, you are spoilt for choice as there is 5.5,
I don't believe there is another house with as many so close to Newcastle.
3 of the rooms are en-suite. The Mater bedroom has a massive en-suite with a bath and separate shower. We have a further 2 separate bathroom and a downstairs WC Off the utility area.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. All rooms have there own tea/coffee making facilities.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed. Anywhere inside the
house
- Children are welcome
- Pets are welcome
- No hens or stag groups are allowed to book due to noise unacceptable noise.
-Deposits will not be refunded if the house is left in an unacceptable condition or damaged.
- There are is free parking outside the house.
-Hot Tub hire (adults only) at extra cost direct with owner, rules apply during use.
