It's also close to Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Palace of Westminster, Westminster, London Eye This spacious and beautiful 2 real bedrooms apartment is placed in one of the best locations in London, Just 4 minutes from Vauxhall station. Couple minutes walk to Buckingham Palace, the River Thames, London Eye, Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. Guests have two spacious double bedrooms with modern furnishings including storage space. The kitchen includes a spacious refrigerator for you to keep your grocery shopping in, coffee for the early morning starts, an oven, stove top, and all necessary cooking utensils. There are also a washing machine and separate dryer if someone wishes to use them. Sleeping arrangements The apartment sleeps comfortably up to 7 adults. 2 people in each bed, 2 people on the convertible sofa bed and one person can sleep on a normal, non-convertible couch. Equipment: - Free internet/wi-fi, - Hairdryer, - Kettle and toaster, - Stovetop, washing & drying machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer section - Iron & ironing board - A TV with approximately 20 channels - Linens and towels are provided - they can be changed weekly for long stays - Cosmetics - shampoo, body soap & conditioner Interaction with guests Please contact me with any questions you may have! Other things to note The flat contains all the basic things that you need for your stay - hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. This beautiful home is located in London, England, United Kingdom. St George Wharf is a highly sought-after area. There is a Pret a Manger right across the street which backs out on to a courtyard with fountain. You can walk freely through the grounds to the riverside where there are various pubs, bars, and restaurants. You also have the popular Brunswick House on site, which is worth a visit whether for dinner, breakfast or cocktails. Just downstairs near the train station entrance is Counter restaurant, which is also excellent. There is a small Tesco mini-mart on site and a Waitrose mini mart just across the road. Various other bars and restaurants are available serving: Portuguese, Indian, Italian and veggie/vegan food. Above all, Vauxhall is thriving and vibrant and a great place to wander around. House rules - Important Notes: - Quiet hours are after 8 pm. Please, no noise. - I wish to provide 24/7 check-ins. In order to do that I apply a £50 charge for arrival after 7:00 p.m. - For safety reasons and due to past party problems with previous guests I require a photocopy of government-issued ID on the check-in; It is used only in the event of damages or party problems when I need to involve local authorities. All photocopies are deleted after check-out. - Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items. For example - cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, new lock if keys lost. - Internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event it is not working, or slow connection, I can't offer a refund. Internet speed and availability are out of my control.
