Accessed via a shared internal staircase this top floor two-storey penthouse is open-plan, minimalist and full of natural light. The entrance hall is spacious with room to throw off coats and shoes. The lounge diner is the heart of the property with giant windows with amazing uninterrupted views of the harbour, Smart TV/DVD with Netflix, Amazon Prime and a shelving unit with five port USB Charger to charge your devices. At one end is a spacious dining area seating six comfortably.
