Louth (18 miles) sits where the Wolds meet the Lincolnshire Marsh and is home to a magnificent mix of Georgian and Victorian architecture plus the tallest steeple of any medieval parish church in Britain.

The refurbished family bathroom, which lies straight ahead of you when in the hallway, has both a bath and a shower. All three of the bedrooms are on the left of the hallway. The master bedroom is a king-size and boasts its own en-suite shower room, while the two doubles share the family bathroom.
The driveway and a lawn lie to the front of the property. The rear garden is fully enclosed and backs onto fields. A selection of outdoor lounge-style and dining furniture is arranged on patio and decked areas. There is ample private driveway parking.
