Condo offers two on-site parking spaces, keyless entry, central air, wi-fi, washer/dryer, 4 smart-TVs w/YouTube TV, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, sound machines in the bedrooms, hairdryers in the bathrooms, Keurig & Drip coffee makers, toaster, all utensils, pots, pans and dishes for cooking and eating, and an outdoor shower/hose. Take a short stroll across the street to the bay where you watch the sunset while enjoying your favorite drink or meal. Walk to dining, pubs, bars, the beach, entertainment, shopping and much more! Also, walk or bike to beautiful scenic Silver Lake. Jump on the Jolley Trolley across the street and arrive in Rehoboth Beach in minutes. Uber also available. Pet welcome with a minimum $300 pet fee. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply.
Guests pay a $130 cleaning fee with every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
