Swallows Cottage (ref 30871) and Bats Cottage (30872) are less than four miles from the World Heritage Coast at Sidmouth, and the beaches at Exmouth, Branscombe and Beer lead to the world-renowned Jurassic Coast at Lyme Regis and beyond. Less than an hour away are Dartmoor and Exmoor with their wide open spaces, spectacular views and countryside and opportunities for walking. Exeter, with its cathedral, shops and all amenities, is just a short drive away. Both properties have been decorated and furnished to a very good standard, and are decorated with a Christmas theme during the festive season.
