The studio-style apartment comes with a pull-down double bed, a kitchen area, a dining area and a sitting area with a single sofa bed, which can be made up on request, however ideally suited for two people. There is also a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC and a communal utility on the ground floor. The apartment has a private balcony with table and chairs and access to a communal garden and outdoor swimming pool. Salcombe 34 is a superb base in Devon.
