Enjoy use of a comfortable lounge, as well as an open plan kitchen/dining room with a door that leads out to the pool and gardens. Residents of ‘The Salcombe’ apartments have exclusive use of a seasonal outdoor heated pool, communal gardens, mooring and a private parking space per flat.

There is a communal laundry situated in the building for guests use. Allocated parking space in the secure car park for one car, and mooring on 'The Salcombe' pontoon, accessed from the gardens.

Boats of up to 5m (16ft 4inches) long and 2m (6ft 6 inches) beam, may be moored on the pontoon.
