A must visit is to the pretty little village of Corbridge, with boutique shops, restaurants, tea shops and beautiful riverside walks again only 6 miles away. Whilst staying at Slaley Park, the world famous Hadrian’s Wall is just a few miles away, where you can take a walk along the path of the wall or explore one of the Roman forts and settlements including Chesters, Vindolanda and Housesteads. There is so much to do both on-site and in the surrounding area you will be spoilt for choice.
