5 Bedroom House in Eastward Look, Narragansett
Our home is located in the vacation community of Eastward Look. House is located 1 house away from pathway to Angel road which makes access to Scarborough beach just a short 5 minute walk! All Summer rentals are weekly SATURDAY to SATURDAY. Most June rentals are a 3 day minimum ( the last 2 weeks are full rental weeks)
When we purchased this home we remodeled the entire inside... painting all the walls & trim, replaced all the doors with white 6 panel doors. For your comfort, we added whole house AC. In the kitchen we replaced the stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer and refrigerator w/ ice maker, as well as all small appliances.
The house consists of 5 bedrooms all with queen beds. The mattresses have all been replaced. One bedroom is located on the first floor. All beds come with coverlet, blanket & pillows. Guests are responsible for sheets, bath towels and beach towels. They are available for a fee. All bedrooms have 32' HDTV's . Both bathrooms were completely remodeled sans the shower and tub. The family room has a 55" HDTV .
The double driveway accommodates 8 cars or a trailer with toys. For after beach showering there is a hot/cold outside shower. The deck has a table/umbrella and six chairs. Also a round resin table and chairs for extra seating in the yard. We supply a Weber grill.
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of this rental. I personally clean this home and I have been in the housecleaning business for over 30 years!
