This Cape Cod style house is located in a quiet neighborhood just one and a half miles from Belmar and Spring Lake beaches. Enjoy many of the famous Jersey shore restaurants and nightlife bars and clubs in the nearby area. Short distance to downtown Belmar and Spring Lake. Accommodates 6.
The space
The first level features a fully remodeled and modern kitchen. It contains all the necessities you could need, including, microwave, Fisher and Paykel 5 burner gas stove, dishwasher and Samsung French door fridge with ice and water. The dining room table can seat 6 people and the breakfast bar seats 2. The dining room and living room have recently been renovated.
The comfortable master bedroom and bathroom are also on the first floor. It has a walk-in closet and plenty of storage. The second full bath is on the first floor adjacent to the spiral staircase.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. One queen size bed and two twin beds.
This beach house offers the best of all worlds. Outside is a large deck, gas grill, dining table and chairs and a large back yard with a beautiful pond.

This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants, playgrounds and parks near by. Visit Allaire State Park just 15 minutes away.
