Our house is the only one in the area that has a carport/garage to protect your vehicle, gear and belongings. Spread out over this large (entirely cleared) one acre lot, guests will have plenty of room to enjoy this beautiful part of the Texas Hill Country with views of the neighboring golf course and unobstructed sightings of the many whitetail and axis deer that call this area home. From its location in the foothills of the Frio Canyon, to its close proximity to the sparkling clear waters of the Frio River, guests of this immaculate property will enjoy the quiet setting of this beautiful new home that is ideally situated near all of the attractions this great vacation area has to offer. One mile in either direction will lead you to the two best crossings and access points of the sparkling Frio River. Kenneth Arthur and Seven Bluffs crossings are just a short drive from the house.
