On the ground floor the open plan living/kitchen/diner has a lofty full height ceiling and smart wooden floors. Sitting above, reached via a striking wooden staircase, is the first floor mezzanine. Here you'll find twin beds tucked neatly into the eaves. The master bedroom and stylish family bathroom are both situated downstairs.
Outside your own private patio garden from which to sit and watch the sun set, and on a clear days take in the spectacular views towards Exeter.
