Please note that austins is entirely self-service. the property uses a pin code entry system. on the day of check-in, the guest will receive an email and text message with details of the room assignment and pin code. the pin code will allow entry at the front door and the allocated room, unfortunately there is no parking on-site, however sofia gardens car park is a short walk away from the property and guests can park there, please note that for all bookings of 3 or more rooms and for all bookings over 3 months in advance, the property reserves the right to charge a deposit equal to the cost of the first night. any charges will not be made without the prior permission of the guest. an e-mail will be sent requesting permission to charge the deposit.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
