Located on Fernando Street in Balboa, you can quickly access 30+ restaurants & bars, Balboa Pier, and the Balboa Fun Zone all within a 5 minute walk. Spend time experiencing all that Newport Beach has to offer with fun daytime adventures such as The Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures which all depart from the Balboa Pier.

Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended.
