Our house is a lovely, light, modern 70's style house with a big garden and a games room/teenage den at the end of it. It has a trampoline, a large outdoor table, a barbecue, an outdoor gym/yoga space and an ice bath.
It's a two minute walk to the beach (usually uncrowded) and a 5 minute walk to the village (shops, pubs, doctors etc).
East Wittering has a really cool, relaxed vibe and there are loads of cafes and independent shops. There is plenty to do: watersports, horse riding, cycling, walking and more and dogs are allowed on the beach. Chichester and Goodwood are within easy reach as well.
We also have a one bed self contained annex that can be rented together with the house for an additional cost. The advertised price does not include the annex so please discuss with me if you'd like the extra space. It sleeps up to 4 people.
