The house is situated on a working farm in the Cotswold Hills with fabulous views and located about 10 miles from the Regency town of Cheltenham with its many Festivals and famous Racecourse.
There are many walks around the farm and surrounding woodland and farmland. We are only a few minutes walk from the Cotswold Way.
There are many beautiful Cotswold villages to explore in the area including Bourton on the Water, Broadway and Stow on the Wold along with the Cotswold Wildlife Park, Farm Park, Water Park, and Wetland Centre all within a short driving distance.
You will have full access to the house and surrounding gardens with two seating areas and BBQ provided.
The garden is quite big but unfortunately is not completely enclosed so not suitable for dogs to run around unattended.
A hot tub can be available by separate arrangement.
As a self-catering house, you will find everything you need in a well-equipped kitchen including a Rangemaster cooker, microwave, 2 fridges, freezer, toaster, kettle, etc.
This house was newly refurbished in 2020 and has 3 bedrooms comfortably sleeping 6 =+2 on a sofa bed located in the sitting room.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king-size bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table, and wardrobe.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed, bedside cabinet, and a dressing table,
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds, a dressing table, a bedside cabinet, and a wardrobe.
The dining room has seating for up to 8 people and the living room has 3 sofas, coffee tables and a Television

The first bathroom has a toilet and sink, a bath, and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
There is also a downstairs cloakroom with a toilet and sink.
Freshly laundered bed linen and soft towels are provided to make your stay more comfortable.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
