As you enter on the ground floor you will find yourself in the hallway. To the right of the hallway you'll find the generous kitchen diner with dining table for up to 6 guests and a fully equipped kitchen with island and built in appliances including fridge freezer and dishwasher.
Behind the kitchen there' s a snug with sofas for up to 4 guests. To the rear of the house is a good sized lounge area with flat screen TV and cozy log burner and has enough seating for up to 6 people. Both the lounge and snug have patio doors leading to the beautiful rear gardens that back onto fields that are home to two very friendly Shetland Ponies, Parky and Hippo! To the rear of the back garden is a private hot tub that is ideal for 4 guests but is designed for up to 6. Also downstairs is a utility and boot room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a downstairs WC.
Upstairs are four bedrooms and a family bathroom with feature bath and a separate shower. The Master Bedroom features a Super King Bed and En suite shower. Bedroom two has a double bed which also has its own en suite shower. Bedroom three has a double bed and bedroom four has a sofa bed that when made up makes a 4 ft double bed. Whether at the front or the back of the house all bedrooms have stunning views over the uninterrupted farmland where you'll be able to catch either a beautiful sunrise or sunset.
There is a generous drive to front accessed via a wooden gate which can easily accommodate four (or more) cars.
