Summary: We were greeted by a nice front desk agent but also by a not-so-nice musty smell. Hand written signs everywhere posted saying food for paying customers. Looking out the window later and seeing people walking around after midnight sort of brought it around full circle. The elevator to the 3rd floor sounded & felt like it should have been put out of service a long time ago. We were a family of 4 and were only provided 2 towels. When asking for more, got told “sorry, they’re in the dirty laundry.” The nice housekeeper gave use some hand towels to help with the kids. The room itself looked and felt old. The curtain was falling off the window. The beds were clean and okay (otherwise we would have left). The bathroom was dirty, paint was coming off the wall, the door, tub and counter were stained and gross. Stopped in for the breakfast on the way out. Absolutely not. Not sure what I expected but definitely not. I wouldn’t ever stay again unless it was renovated or the need was dire. Definitely will teach me to try to save a buck and try a new to me chain. No thanks.

Summary: Pool is closed, but you can smell chlorine and stale water. Needs updating and chairs or benches on the porch. Breakfast. Not enough of anything before running out and closing. They need a groundskeeper. The room was okay

Summary: Got the Jacuzzi Suite. It was very nice an clean just wish rhe bed was a little more comfortable since it was a suite not just a regular room.

Summary: Check in was easy and we were able to check in early, and the check out process was really easy. One of the clerks came up to test the conjoining door to make sure it couldn't be opened from the other side. It was also the perfect distance from the highway. The emergency door on the first floor stairwell was propped open with a rock for our whole stay, and there was smoke smell from it. There was mold on our air unit where the air blows out, and there was a live roach on the side of the pancake batter container in the dining room.

Summary: Had no washcloth or hand towel. tile repair not professional - bumped up 3 tiles in front of sink. I wouldn't put my foot in bathtub. It had black lines and a red stain. Paint on tiles and headboard. painting was not professionals. Didn't say when breakfast was beginning and ending.
