Spend your mornings on the covered patio drinking coffee & watching a family of foxes play in the field. Enjoy warm summer days swimming in the pool or picking fresh flowers to build your own bouquet in the flower room! We hope our home brings you as much peace & solitude as it has brought us.
Bloom & Berry is an organic homestead. When building this home, many green conscience considerations were taken when picking out the materials. All of the paint in the home has low emissions & both the paint and flooring are environmentally friendly and California Green Certified! Although this home is beautiful, it is fragile & somewhat porous. Please treat it with respect & love!
This property is professionally managed & hosts are available 24/7 via text or phone call! The hosts are available to help with trip planning, grocery shopping, event decorating, & so much more. You may notice security camera on the exterior of the home. We only have these for safety purposes & do not use them unless an issue arises.

You are just minutes away from some of Kentucky's favorite local restaurants, but also tucked away to have the perfect amount of privacy! You do not have to worry about any noise here & the only other living creatures you may see is the family of foxes on the farm!

Our home is 13 miles to the Kentucky Horse Park, 11 miles to the Hamburg Pavilion, 18 miles to Keeneland, & 19 miles from the Bluegrass Airport. Our favorite places to eat are Windy Corner, Trackside, Perico's Mexican Restaurant, Jerry's, & Bourbon Barrel Bar & Grill.

You will have no problems cooking your favorite meals in this home! Bloom & Berry offers a stove, double ovens, an instant pot, a crock pot, & electric griddles! With bar stools & a beautiful dining room table, there is plenty of room for you to enjoy meals with your friends or family!
SLEEP
We can assure you that you will get a wonderful nights rest in this beautiful home. With 4 bedrooms & 7 beds, there is room for everyone! The owners suite has a king tempur-pedic mattress with a large en-suite featuring a 2 person steam shower & bathtub. The second bedroom on the main floor offers a queen bed & a full bed in a custom loft room! This bedroom has its own full bathroom. The third bedroom on the main floor has a full bed with a custom full sized, luxury bunk bed. This bedroom also has its own full bathroom. The main floor has an office that has a queen sized sleeper sofa & full bathroom. If you wish to use this as a bed, please let our hosts know! Once you get to the basement, you will find a bedroom with a king bed, sectional sofa, & a full bathroom.
OUTDOORS
Guests are welcome to anything in our garden. In the late spring, you will find yummy strawberries followed by blueberries and raspberries. Blackberries will appear later in the summer. We have also collected several vases for you to cut fresh flowers & make your own arrangements in our garden room. Our favorite thing to do is sleep on the back porch in front of the fireplace while listening to the pool fountains! Because of the heavy winds we have experienced this year, we have plenty of firewood to share.
BASEMENT
The basement features a large bedroom, a kitchenette with a microwave, a large living room, a room to build bouquets, & a gym. We ask that you use the gym at your own discretion & to not use any equipment that you are not familiar with.
FUN FACTS
Bloom & Berry Farms loves the outdoors! The owners of this farm were bee keepers for nearly 7 years, so please keep in mind that if you see a random bug, the home is treated annually & every effort is made to keep bugs out of the home. But, all products used on this farm are bee friendly & safe for the environment! We would rather see the occasional bug & lose a few fruits or vegetables and be able to hear the birds & bees during the day and frogs at night. In fact, a good indicator of a healthy environment is the number of frogs you hear or see... this property is full of them!!
