You will have access to a lovely modern country house. Consisting of a modern open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, great to socialise with friends and family! Along with three cosy bedrooms, made of of two double bedrooms and a twin room where you can get some rest before your next adventure. There are also two fully fitted modern bathrooms shared between the three bedrooms at the property. With free onsite visitor parking to making your stay hassle free.

The property has a hot tub available for use by guests only between 8:30am and 10:00pm (Towels not provided). You must open the hot tub lid using the hot tub lifter as shown in the instructions provided. Quiet time 10:00pm to 8:30am.
The property has Wi-Fi to do the essentials, we are in a rural location so fibre broadband is not available as in towns or cities. The Wi-Fi strength and internet capacity is the maximum capacity available but is not sufficient for gaming or streaming films on multiple devices.
There is parking for 3 cars only on-site.
Due to fire and insurance obligations only booked guests will be allowed on site - other visitors and cars will not be permitted on site.
