This large brick house is located a short 5-minute walk (0.2 miles) from the main entrance to Whitehorse Beach in Plymouth MA. Under 15 minutes to downtown Plymouth, it's the perfect spot to enjoy the beach without fighting for parking and still close enough to the historic center and restaurants/nightlife. The house was built in 1989 but has many renovations since. All appliances and furniture are under 2 years old.
The kitchen is fully equipped to do your own meal prep and cooking. Common items such as spices are kept stocked. There is a second fridge in the garage if you need more space.
In the garage you will find beach chairs and a wagon to cart what you need to the beach. There is a small side yard to have a fire at night and the property is fenced in for your privacy.
*The basement is sometimes owner occupied. I have a separate entrance- you won't see or hear me unless you need something. All outdoor space is for guests only minus the lower driveway for my vehicle.
