The village has a good selection of pubs, restaurants and shops for you to sample throughout the day and into the evening and a good local bus service gives you the chance to explore the busier resorts of Keswick, Ambleside or Bowness, quite a contrast to the traditional rural feel of Grasmere. The award winning Michelin starred restaurant at Forest Side Hotel is also only ½ mile away.
Little Beeches offers neat yet comfortable accommodation for two (and your small dog) and is well equipped for a self catering break at any time of the year.The cosy living room has comfy seating arranged around the TV.
