Excellent walking area within the hills in which the property is situated with walks directly from the property including those alongside the River Severn. Offa's Dyke Path is nearby and the Montgomeryshire Canal is a short drive away and so too the Llanymynech Rocks Nature Reserve. Local activities include Fishing, Quad Biking, Cycle Route 81, Walking/Climbing. Good food at many of the local pubs and an excellent tea room in a nearby village.
