Offering beautiful views over the harbour and Salcombe estuary, this second-floor flat provides comfortable holiday accommodation for a family or one/two couples and is ideally situated in the very centre of Salcombe, just a short walk from the waterfront, ferries, boutiques, pubs and restaurants.
The cosy open-plan living and dining room is furnished with a sofa and two armchairs, and a dining table seating four guests comfortably. Relax in the living area or well equipped kitchen and enjoy tranquil views of the Salcombe Estuary, or venture outside and participate in watersports such as sailing, kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding.
Bedroom one is a king size room with a TV, and bedroom two has two 3' twin beds, ideal for a family getaway.
The family bathroom includes a bath with shower over. There is a separate w.c. This is an excellent base for exploring Salcombe, just a short ferry ride from the stunning sandy beaches at East Portlemouth and South Sands.
