Rock Hill is a spacious, bright, and cheerful self-catering holiday bungalow, tucked away in a peaceful location in Rock, enjoying picturesque views of the Camel Estuary. This homely and well-appointed property welcomes up to seven guests, making it a wonderful abode for families and friends. With its large, south-facing garden, with mature boundaries and a secondary grassed area, for useful boat storage or additional parking, there's plenty of outdoor space to take advantage of at Rock Hill. Well-located, a short walk will also bring you to the village shops and the popular Dining Room restaurant, plus much more. All three bedrooms benefit from en-suites, so the property is ideal for couples to share or two small families, comprising of twin, zip/link beds, a super-king-size, and an additional single bed for flexibility. Rock Hill has a light kitchen/breakfast room with country style table and chairs, and a dining room which flows through to the living room, where glass doors and windows make the most of the really pretty views. A convenient storeroom has an area for drying wetsuits or coats after a day on the water or in the sea, and there is also a study, utility room and a good-sized garage for convenience. Golfers or walkers will appreciate the proximity to the St Enodoc Golf Course with its stunning scenery and the glorious back drop of the Camel Estuary on the North Cornwall coast.
