The 2 traditional Ionian-style stone houses are spaced sufficiently apart (total area of 5100 sq meters) and the architect perfectly took advantage of the sea front lengthy landscape, to ensure privacy and panoramic sea view for each villa.
Additional landscape work has been performed to improve the surrounding area for perfect privacy at each villa
A superb Mediterranean garden was created with 150 trees and flowers planted, keeping the old olives trees and their natural beauty and shadow.
