Summary: The mattress was knackered, so uncontrollably to lie on, when you can feel the springs almost digging into your body. I had to lay on top of the duvet, to give myself another layer, between myself and the matress. When it comes to the condition of the matress, its the chance you take with Britannia and a lot of other independent hotels. The rest of the room/bathroom was good, with plenty of toiletries provided, along with tea/coffee making facilities.
